Landon Group looks after cleaning, gardening and maintenance at 150+ sites across Australia. Behind that is a team of people we've trained, backed and promoted for ten years. Good pay, good systems, and a real path to grow — that's what working here is.
We're proud of the work — it's skilled, it matters, and our clients notice it. But what we're really building is careers. That means paying properly, running the kind of systems that make your day easier, and making sure the next step is there when you're ready for it.
Your supervisor has done your job. They're on site, not on the other end of a phone.
Based on award rates, paid on time, every hour tracked automatically so nothing gets missed.
You'll know your site, your plan and your team before you start. No "figure it out" shifts.
Paid training, formal qualifications if you want them, and supervisors promoted from within.

Within three business days you'll hear from a real person on the hiring team.
See the site, meet the supervisor, and decide if it's right for you. You're paid for the trial either way.
Not for cleaning or entry-level grounds roles. We train you properly before you go solo. Supervisor roles need some experience leading a team in any hands-on industry.
The right to work in Australia and a police check. We'll help you get the police check if you don't have one, and some sites need extra screening (aged care, for example) which we'll walk you through.
Almost always, yes. We staff each site with its own team so you know the place, the people and the plan. Moving sites is something we'd talk about with you, not something that just happens.
Yes to both. Everything you need to do the job is provided.
Hours vary depending on the role and site. Some positions may include early mornings, evenings or weekend work. The hours and expectations will be explained during the recruitment process.
Pay depends on the role, employment arrangement and applicable award or agreement. The pay rate and conditions will be explained before you accept a position.
We'll review your application and, if your experience and availability match what we're looking for, we'll get in touch. From there, we'll guide you through the interview, required checks and onboarding process.
Yes, and most of our supervisors did. We'd rather promote someone who knows our sites than hire from outside.
