Identifying a gap in the market for quality facilities management services, I established Landon Group. My diligent work ethic and open communication set the standard for our team, ensuring zero complaints, smooth operations, and exceptional client satisfaction. I focus on proactive problem-solving and old-school customer service. Our team prides itself on transforming and maintaining sites, reducing complaints, and driving operational efficiency while maintaining a 98% client retention rate.

Additionally, I assist in issuing quotations and monitor one-off jobs from initial request through to completion, ensuring timely execution and client satisfaction.
