Identifying a gap in the market for quality facilities management services, I established Landon Group. My diligent work ethic and open communication set the standard for our team, ensuring zero complaints, smooth operations, and exceptional client satisfaction. I focus on proactive problem-solving and old-school customer service. Our team prides itself on transforming and maintaining sites, reducing complaints, and driving operational efficiency while maintaining a 98% client retention rate.

Group Controller

As the Group Controller at Landon Group and a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), I create effective financial, strategic, and operational solutions to keep our business resilient, compliant, and poised for growth. With experience at top Australian companies like Fairfax, Qantas, and Woolworths, I streamline financial processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive strategic decision-making. My pragmatic approach and ability to quickly understand complex issues allow me to develop customised solutions swiftly, enabling our team to deliver outstanding facilities management, industrial cleaning, and strata maintenance solutions.
